防鬆脫螺絲組件

特性：

拆裝方便 – 透過特殊工具可以快速拆裝。
選 擇 性 – 可以自主選擇可拆卸或是永不拆卸的安裝方式。
可 靠 度 – 自 2006 年 4 月起已經正式安裝於現場線上作業，至今無鬆脫現象。

     

A.螺栓：
       a.降伏點(Yield Point)【95kg/m㎡】以上。
       b.拉力強度(Tensile Strenght)【110kg/ m㎡】以上。 
       c.伸長率(Elongation Rate)【10％】以上。
       d.硬度(Brinell)【302~263】。

B.螺帽：
      a. 降伏點(Yield Point)【50kgf/c㎡】以上。 b.拉力強度(Tensile Strenght)【70kgf/ c㎡】以上。
      c.伸長率(Elongation Rate)【15％】以上。
      d.硬度(Brinell)【201~277】。    



SCM440（鉻鉬合金鋼）之特性Products Introduction（產品介紹）：

•鉻鉬合金鋼之抗拉強、韌性、伸長率等均優於鍍鉻鋼。
Alloy steel subject to End-Quench Harden ability Requirements SCM440 has better Tensile Strenght, Yields Strenght and Elongation then Harden ability and mass effect to get high Toughness and low Brittleness.

•表面經高週波後，其硬度可達HRC 55°±2°。
After Induction Harden dispose, the surface hardness could HRC 55°±2°。
